| Telephone and email bookings: |
| Reservations canceled within 24 hours of arrival date will be charged £25 if the room cannot be re-booked. Any room canceled prior to the 24 hour deadline will not be charged. If a deposit has been taken this will be refunded in full providing more than 24 hours notice is given. |
| Online bookings: |
| Reservations made online can be canceled by telephoning The Greenwood. Any payments made will be refunded, providing 48 hours notice has been given. Any cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival will incur a £25 minimum charge to cover commission fees and online banking fees which will still be charged to The Greenwood by third parties. The charge may be more than £25 depending on the length of stay originally booked and bookings will incur a higher charge than those booked directly through The Greenwood website. |
